The European Power Supply Manufacturers Association (EPSMA) is pleased to announce its fourth publication in a series of safety requirement guidelines for power supplies – AC-DC Power Supply Safety Guidelines for Medical Applications. This document has been drawn up by the team of experts on the EPSMA's technical committee and was championed by the project leader from Delta Energy Systems. It covers design issues, definitions and standards and provides advice on safety rules and certification.

The EPSMA aims to publish the next guideline in this series, on safety requirements for AC-DC power supplies in Telecoms in the upcoming months.
