Therefore we need your support at our site in Munich as a

Development engineer

Your tasks:

• Analysis of the technical requirements, electrical and thermal simulation, system design of switch mode power supplies up to 2 kW
• Development and supervision of innovative concepts for switch mode power supplies
• Specification and design of electronic assemblies
• Close cooperation with the construction and layout department
• Project coordination and production supervision
• Participation in FMEA
• Change management as per ISO 9000
• Working in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Contact with suppliers and customers

Your profile:

• A (university) degree as a development engineer (university of applied sciences/technical university) in the field of electrical engineering or equivalent studies
• Appropriate experience within the area of power electronics
• Good knowledge of power semiconductors, analogue and digital circuit technology as well as circuit simulation
• Some experience concerning the design of switch mode power supplies and switching regulator concepts
• Knowledge of heat dissipation in compact electronic assemblies
• High level of independence, commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office
